Case studies: context, decisions and operating outcomes.
These cases show the kinds of problems I have worked on directly, the operating logic behind the intervention and the scale of observed outcomes. They are not polished success stories; the useful part is the decision process behind the numbers.
Case 01
Commerce growth — billiards
The starting problem was not traffic. It was turning online into a meaningful revenue channel, which required acquisition, offer, conversion and sales execution to be managed as one system rather than separate team objectives.
Context: digital had significant room to become a larger revenue channel.
Approach: acquisition, conversion and commercial execution were treated as one funnel.
Outcome: roughly 10× online growth and more than 36B VND incremental online revenue during the project period.
Case 02
B2B logistics
At a portfolio scale of roughly 5–10B VND monthly revenue, performance depends less on a few individual deals and more on pipeline discipline, qualification, negotiation, account management and follow-up cadence.
Role: market development and key accounts.
Operating focus: opportunity progression, negotiation, account growth and revenue discipline.
Outcome: 120% quota for six consecutive months.
Case 03
Digital solutions & strategic accounts
Work across 50+ web/app/SaaS projects shaped a pragmatic view of solutioning: understand the business problem, coordinate BA/PM, control scope, build the proposal and identify account expansion opportunities once delivery begins.
Scope: discovery, solutioning, proposal, BA/PM coordination, upsell and account growth.
Outcome: approximately 4–6B VND annual new revenue.
How to read the numbers.
These are historical outcomes in specific operating contexts, not promises that identical results will repeat elsewhere. The value of the case is in understanding the constraint, decision logic and conditions that produced the outcome.
Have a specific operating problem?
Start with the context, the constraint and the outcome that needs to improve — a short brief is enough.
